Refund and Return Policy
At Purest Peak, we aim to make your shopping experience safe and reliable. If something goes wrong with your order, we are here to support you.
- Return Eligibility and Conditions
You can request a return within 15 days after receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and kept in its original packaging. All seals must remain intact due to hygiene and product safety standards. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all return requests.
Certain items cannot be returned, including products that have been opened or used, items purchased on sale or at a discount, and gift cards.
- Return Shipping and Label Responsibility

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.
- Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns as long as the product meets all return conditions.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to include clear photos of the issue. After review, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
- Lost Parcels
If your parcel is marked as lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue with the courier and, if confirmed, we will either resend your order or issue a refund depending on the situation.
- Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
7-Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or payment provider first
- Then contact us through our website if needed
- Purest Peak can change or modify this policy at anytime.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions mentioned above. All return and refund decisions are made after careful review in line with this policy.
